CryptPad is an open-source, end-to-end encrypted collaboration suite developed by XWiki SAS, registered at 4 Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière in Paris, France. Documents are encrypted in the browser, so the server — whether the public instance or one you host yourself — cannot read their contents.

The suite covers rich text documents, spreadsheets, presentations, code and Markdown, kanban boards, whiteboards, forms, and a shared drive for organizing them. Real-time co-editing works without accounts, and self-hosting is supported for organizations that want their own instance.
