Fortnox AB is a Swedish company headquartered in Växjö, Sweden. Founded in 2001, it was one of the earlier cloud-based accounting providers and now serves hundreds of thousands of Swedish businesses.

Its product suite spans bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, time tracking, and CRM, plus embedded financial services such as invoice financing, business loans, and supplier payments.

Fortnox was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm until 2025, when Swedish investors took the company private; both acquirers are Sweden/EU-based, so the company’s home country did not change.
