Namirial is an Italian information-technology company founded in 2000 and headquartered in Senigallia. It specialises in digital transaction management, offering electronic signatures, qualified digital certificates, timestamping, identity verification, and certified electronic delivery.
As a qualified trust service provider (QTSP) under the EU’s eIDAS regulation, Namirial can issue qualified electronic signatures and seals with the highest legal standing in the EU. It also operates the French signing platform Universign and, since 2025, the Spanish provider Signaturit as part of its group.
With trust services rooted in Italy and a growing pan-European footprint, Namirial serves as a European alternative to US-headquartered e-signature and agreement-management vendors.
